• Our connection is so important, and during this meeting we will just simply be getting to know each other! We will use this visit to get to know each other a bit as well as anyone attending your birth with you and a little about your pregnancy!

Once this consultation has been completed and we decide we are a good fit for each other and your family, I will provide an agreement and a workbook with helpful information. Payment (down payment or in full) will be accepted at this time as well and any payment agreements outside of my website will receive a separate contract. Agreements must be signed prior to first prenatal visit. 

Prenatal Visit

• About 2 hours long
• 4 prenatal visits (more or less based on needs of family)
• During these visits, we will go over your birth plan, talk about what you would like your birth space to look like, relaxation, a basic touch on childbirth education, teach support person techniques to comfort you during early labor, labor and birth positions, breathing techniques, postpartum prep, space for any questions you may have and much more. Also includes a relaxation therapy session.

Labor + Birth 

• This includes: 24/7 access to contact me from the time of signing your contract until we are done with your care with any questions you may have.
• Basic childbirth education and newborn care included (if you would like a more in-depth class, a full session is available)
• 4 prenatal visits (more or less based on needs of family)
• Birth rehearsal visit (including Hypnobabies® birth rehearsal families)
• Birth Plan creation to share with everyone attending your birth
• 2 weeks prior to due date until baby is born I will be on call - only available to you during this time
• Presence during your birth up to 2 hours postpartum

Postpartum Visit 

• Once you are settled in at home, I will come visit and make sure you are settling in well and give you your gift basket and birth notes. These visits are generally 2 hours long. I will also do the following:
• Hold space for any questions and thoughts
• Help with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
• Help with baby wearing
• Debrief from Birthing experience
• Anything that I can help with during this time including light household chores 
• You will also receive access to a free class at the Nurtured Root + Co. office of your choice as well as a lifetime coupon code for all future services, classes, and retail items which can be used as many times as you'd like.

Other Services

Relaxation Therapy 

• $75
• 1hr of Deep relaxation - aromatherapy, gentle restorative yoga, guided meditation/affirmations, deep breathing exercise, and roving body scan (a guided meditation that mentions parts of the body to release tension and create awareness from head to toe). The ultimate self care relaxation experience prenatal or postpartum and can also be great practice for labor! Can be done at the Nurtured Root + Co. office (10% discount) or in the comfort of your home. 

Basic Childbirth Education Course

• $100 (3 hour class)
• A one on one learning session either virtual or in person at the Nurtured Root + Co. office (10% discount)! Encouraging all pregnant families to attend any sort of childbirth education class to prepare further for childbirth! During this class, we will go over the basics of childbirth - how pregnancy works and what goes on with the body during this time, interventions, birth planning, etc. Snacks and drinks will be available at office sessions!

Full Childbirth Education Course

• $250 (8 hour class)
• A 1 on 1 at your home or small group learning session in person broken into two 4 hour sessions! Encouraging all pregnant families to attend any sort of childbirth education class to prepare further for childbirth! During this class, we will talk all things childbirth - labor and birth positions, what goes on with the body during this time, interventions and risks and benefits of them all, birth planning, what to expect in the immediate postpartum, and more! Snacks and drinks will be available at office sessions!
• 1 on 1 at your home or small group learning session in person at the Nurtured Root + Co. office (10% discount)! 
• In depth preparation for what is to come
• • Practice positions with birth balls, peanut balls, etc.
  • Intervention 101
  • Breath work and relaxation
  • Snacks will be provided at office sessions

The Postpartum Course

• $150 (4 hour class)

• A 4 hour course where we will talk about caring for your newborn baby and mama, support for dad/partner, things to look out for, how to swaddle, diaper, burp, and baby carry, postpartum healing, PPD, baby wearing, basic breastfeeding info and much more! Hands on experience with weighted babies to get as much practice as possible. Local resources will also be provided for support outside my scope of practice.

Prenatal Visit

• $50/hr (1hr minimum)

• If you are looking for Doula support without having someone attend the birth, this is for you! During these visits, we will go over your birth plan, talk about what you would like your birth space to look like, relaxation, a basic touch on childbirth education, teach support person techniques to comfort you during early labor, positions, and space for any questions you may have.

• Customized payments/ payment plans available for families in need and installments can be made with purchase through the website for up to 12 months with Affirm through shop pay

*Payment plans outside of website will need to be completed by 37 week of pregnancy and will require a prepayment that will be discussed based on your families budget
